At Luxora Baby, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer than usual. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.

Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Estimated shipping times are:

  • United States: 7 to 12 business days

  • Canada: 7 to 12 business days

  • Europe: 7 to 15 business days

  • Latin America: 15 to 20 business days

  • Other countries: 10 to 20 business days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

Please note that tracking information may take between 2 and 5 business days to update after shipment.

Delays, Customs, and Lost Packages
Luxora Baby is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Orders
